GRR1 based Report issue.

Hi :

I am facing an issue, i have developed report for budget utilization in report painter GRR1, in selection screen i have chosen period from and to and when i run report for the a specific period and fund center system divides consumable budget column by dividing annual budget by 12 months, This is not required, i want it to display complete budget assigned not the distributed budget. Screen shots have been attached.

Hi Atif,

Can you please elaborate? You run the report for period, say April, and it shows the 1/12 of your budget, is it right? Why is it incorrect?

Which is the difference btw "budget assigned" and "budget distributed" for you?

I think, in your second screenshot, u should add "budget type" for "budget assigned".

Hi Atif,

What you want to do is removing characteristic Period from lead column / General data selection and adding it into each individule columns. For consumable budget column, you assign fixed value * to 'Period From'. For the rest of the columns, you define 'Period From' and 'Perid To' as variables.

Thanks a lot Ming , earlier i did not try the solution you proposed , your suggestion solved my issue.

Yes system was showing consumable budget of that month only and user wanted to see budget of complete year in consumable column and for consumable user want to see periodic amount as per period entered in selection screen .
