Configure SSL in Portal 7.31

Hi experts,

I am looking for information about how to configure SSL certificate in SAP Portal 7.31 system...

Anyone to provide some inputs...

Hi all,

Now I am to see some strange behaviour in SSL area in NetWeaver admin.

The message appeared is : SAP instance "00": Ticket file not found 

What is the issue not able to decode...

You need to upload ticket file which you get after uncaring crypto sar file.

You also can check sec folder under /usr/sap/<>/J<>/sec - ticket should be present under it.

Thanks for the inputs.

Well I have checked the path you have mention to verify ticket. And SAP portal 7.31 system I am to see SAPSSLS.pse file present....Hope this is ticket file which you have mention or it is another one..

Secondly after uncaring the crypto SAR file, I am not able to identify which is the ticket PSE file to be updated on the mention server path...??

The file is called "ticket" and it's inside SAPCRYPTO.SAR.

Hi Samuli Kaski,

Thanks for you inputs, it worked for me. Now the SSL settings is showing in green status.

But when I am testing SSL connection, it does not support i.e. when I am entering the mention path:

https://<j2ee_host_name>:<ICM_https_port>:

where <ICM_https_port> is 1 ; and I am mention port number at url level as 50001

But "page cannot be displayed message" is appearing in internet browser, rather AS Java start page..

I am already having this document with me. And in this document,information specify configuration in Visual admin for Portal 7.0.

Whereas I am looking for 7.31 version through NetWeaver Admin access: http://<Hostname>:<portno>/nwa
