How to get automated information for each oracle patch coming out from SAP?

Dear Colleagues,

We have a request from our audit to check each new oracle patch which is released by SAP. Is there a possibility to get an email for each oracle patch which is released for SAP? Or get an automated email if there are security holes which have to be fixed?
