BEX - Count Different Values in Key Figure

Hi All,

I need to count different values in a Key Figures, for example:

I only need the "Total" or "Result" row; so in this case the correct number will be "4" .

Is there any way to get this? it has to conserve the correct count if the report change the drilldown characteristic.
