Data is not Populate in XML

Hi Experts

When executing the entity sets in service maintenance, the lead data is not populate in XML as per scenario. I have tried everything and my data model

is working fine. Please let me know the link to where the pass the value as input so the data can come as output value and shown in XML.

Please help on this to rectify. Screen shot of XML output for Lead.
