Planned Reciept in SMI wiped off after upgrade

Hi,

Recently we upgraded our SNC system from support pack 7.03 to 7.11. After upgrade we found that planned reciept in SMI detail screen which supplier entered got wiped off after the upgrade.

Please let me know is there any way we can recover planned reciept data in SNC.
