Wagetypes displaying in Regular but not in offcycle

HI All,

Issue in International PY offcycle.

We have some WTs processing in REgular PY but not in offcycle, these WTs are populatng from PCR.

Tis PCR is set up by calling NUM=YCURPP

So thos PCR populating WTs are not displaying in Ofcy,

Wagetypes displaying in Regular but not in offcycle.

Hi,

Check whether the processing class is set for Special run as well. If the wage type specification is only for regular run, then you have to set the specification to regular as well as for special processing.

Also, in the payroll log, see how the wage type is being processed by going through the P0267 function  and the type of payment ( Off cycle bonus / advance payment etc) .

Are you executing the Off  cycle work bench?

Hi,

In off cycle, data entered into IT0267 is read directly thru a function P0267. If you are not able to enter WTs in IT0267, then check the permissibilty of WT for Offcycle payements. otherwise check that if the data is read by P0267 and put into IT table or not.

If there is a custom PCR after which the data is not going in IT table then add a line to the PCR as below.
