Time Card Approval Issue in Portal

Hello Experts,

One of our SAP user had an issue with approving time cards in Portal

and he is facing the duplicate lines for one of the time card product

line.

Can you please look into this and assist me.

is it his worklist or template?

Please advise. ALso, note any attribute change leads to a new line, so check all the attributes in CATSDB or CATS_DA what was time recorded on ? and do a comparison

check your SP levels too, there were some notes on duplicate templates etc
