FAGL_FC_VAL-FBL3N inconsistent balances

Hi all,

I am trying to valuate foreign currencies via FAGL_FC_VAL TCode but the some of the accounts balances are inconsistent with FBL3N.

My local currency is TRY and foreign curr. is USD that I'm trying to valuate...

For example, I checked the account 102*****01 for 01.01.2013 to 31.01.2013 time interval, FBL3N balance is 100 USD.

In FAGL_FC_VAL balance for 102*****01 account, is 80 USD, valuation key date 31.01.2013.

(Also I checked the FS10N, 1st period of 2013 same account balance shows 100 USD value (?!?).)

So, why FAGL_FC_VAL and FBL3N shows the different balances for the same account, and how can I correct the issue?
