ESI Automation Methodology

Dear Experts,

Anybody there to help me out on how to generate the ESI Automation Methodology in SAP HCM for Indian Payroll.

As per my understanding the

Eligibility Limit: The Wage ceiling limit prescribed for coverage of an employee is Rs 15,000/- w.e.f 1^st May 2010

Employee with “Disability” is Rs 25, 000/- w.e.f 1^st April 2010

Calculating the amount of ESI from:

• Employer’s Contribution: A sum equal to 4.75% of the wages payable to an employee.
• Employee’s Contribution: A sum equal to 1.75% of the wages payable to an employee.

How and where to start with this configuration? What are all the steps involved in this ESI Automation methodology. Please guide me through in this scenario.
