Hi,
When checking a BI Lanscape installation under linux/unix, I currently have to launch a BI lanscape analysis from BI Support tool, ask to retreive all the installation logs and run the Survey.sh script (1681036 - Using the survey script to assist support ).
Survey.sh and logs retreival have to be done manually on each machine of the landscape.
This is not easy for Customer on complex landscape.
Do you plan to integrate that in BI Support Tool lanscape analysis?

Actually this is something we have been planning on doing. It would require Host Agent on the Linux/Unix BI server but I think it should be possible to have this collected at the same time as the landscape report.
I'll update the JIRA for this idea and will keep you posted on our progress.

if its hard to manualy collect install logs - how easy would it be to configure that landscape to allow auto log retrieval by BISTLA ?
