Difference Between Quality Inspection Lot Creation Date and Lot Completion date

hi,

I need to submit a report to my clinet, Number of inspection lots pending for quality inspection. When I refer QALS table both the starting date and end date it's showing same though the completion date is different.

Please guide how to do the settings, accordingly I'll get the actual date of lot completion.
