Modifying the HTML files for a service

Hi All:

We are in SAP R/3 4.6c and EP 6.0. We will be using the standalone ITS for our ESS Services.

We would like to modify the standard delivered service for edit skills - PZ31_EWT.

What is the procedure for modifying the HTML files. Where can we see the HTML files associated with a service ?

Is it on the ITS side or via SE80?

Thanks

Rachel

    Rachel,

If you use SE80 you can select 'Internet service' in the dropdown and search for the PZ31 and the corresponding HTML templates are displayed in the tree pane below under a folder called HTML Templates. In order for the changes to be picked up by ITS you need to publish them with the 'Publish' button on the menu bar.

    Cheers,

    Steve

    • Hi Rachel,

PZ31_EWT is just a transaction with the EWT flag in SE93. It is not an internet service defined in SE80 with templates and service file. PZ31_EWT is complete rendered by SAPGUI for HTML. Therefore you cannot easily modify the templates for the service.

      Best regards,

      Klaus
