Crystal report 2008 export to text plain - output format issue

Hi all,

am using crystal report 2008. we want the report to be exported into TEXT PLAIN format. we are using SAP BO CMCAPP to schedule the report to TEXT format.

The report should look like

Report Id : test_01 Report Name: Test Report User: NO88383 Approver: NO928824

Emp No Emp Name Emp Sal

------------------------------------------------

3456 TestEmp1 34000

3636 TestEmp2 45000

But, the contents are displayed in a single line in output text file without any formatting.

kindly suggest some solutions for it.
