Hello,
We are working to set-up priority of PI monitoring alerts automatically in ticketing tool ServiceNow.
Can you please suggest if it is possible ?

Hi Abishek,
Sure, ServiceNow has a REST API that you can use to create incidents.
We do this at our company https://sta-technologies.com.
You must make sure however that the SAP system can access the ServiceNow server, which is in the cloud so often firewall ports must be opened. If you have any questions, please let me know.
