Material document is still open After deleting SES

Hello,

Material document (GRN) is still open after deleting SES. This issue we are facing only in production system. Not able to generate same scenario in
Quality/Development system.

Case Study:

User has first released SES, system generated Material document no:5000195410 2013.

User has de-released SES, system generated reverse material document no: 5000195431 2013.

Now Again user has released SES, system generated Material document no:5000195432 2013 but signal was not showing Green, so assumed SES was not released. After that user again tried to release SES and was getting error message SE– 587: Acceptance document already exists for
entry sheet.

Due to emergency of payment and year end activity, user has deleted SES. But still material document 5000195432 2013 is open and against
this we are able to post Invoice Verification also.

Expectation: How to cancel Material document no: 5000195432 2013, so accounting entry will be clear.

    You need to first revoke the acceptance document for SES for Material document no: 5000195432 2013.

    Then system will show correct status.

    Hi,

    You have to cancel the acceptance/release for your Service Entry Sheet document so that system will automatically cancel your GR document in the background by creating a 102.

    Hello,

    At Present SES is deleted. As per my knowledge SES can not be un-delete. So there is no option is available for de-release or revoke the acceptance.

    Hello,

    Thanks to all, to provide immidiate response. I have raised OSS regarding this issue and they provided specific program to reverse the existing GRN, it is only for specific GRN no.
