Difference Between 08 and 05 inspection type in SAP

Dear All,

I want to apply 08 inspection type for sale return rather than  05,what are advantages and disadvantages.Is it relavent to do.Pl help,

Hi,

Inspection type 08 is just a Stock transfer inspection, you can use this from stock transfer within Plant/ another plant,  from 1 sloc to other sloc.

Inspection type 08 is better than 05.
