monitor maximum connections of webi processing server

The WebI processing server has the property "maximum connections".

Is there a way to monitor the number of current connections? I would like to know how many connections are active at the moment to optimize that parameter.

Hi Hans,

As Denis suggested you can monitor the "maximum connections" parameter in real time using monitoring application. If you enable & configure Monitoring DB you can even get the trend over a period of time.

Alternatively you can deploy and configure Audit reports to get maximum active sessions by which you can inturn derive maximum connections parameter.

In BI4 you can do it thru built in Monitoring in CMC.

In previous versions - not really.

Suggest you to create a watch by selecting appropriate server and its parameter.
