HOW TO DO ROUND UP AT DATA FOUNDATION LAYER OR AT BUSINESS LAYER ?

Dear Expert,

I am using BOBJ 4.0.

I want to do Round off at Data foundation Layer or at Business Layer.

My Column name is XYZ and value is 16.25 means having decimal point. I want to remove decimal point and do round off.

COLUM VALUE I WANT 16.25 16 16.75 17

Please Help Me.
