Hi All,

When i'm creating a follow-up quote from opportunity the payment term is not getting defaulted from customer master data. Specific value is defaulted for each sales organisations (eg. for all US related plants the value is getting defaulted to Due 30 days).

Any suggestions on why this issue is happening?

Thanks,

Sathya.'

Hi,

Since you are creating quote from opportunity, could you please check the interface in between SAP and SFDC/CRM(Whichever you are using) and check if you have any development made which overrides the payment terms coming from customer master because usually payment terms comes from customer master data.

Revert if you have further query.

Thanks,

Jaydip

Hi All,

Thanks for your replies.

We found the reason for the issue.

The payment term is actually set at opportunity level, which we found when executing the crm_order_read with opportunity number in SE38.

When creating quotation from opportunity the payment term is actually getting defaulted from customer master data which is later in the flow over written by the payment term in the opportunity.

Sathya.
