High Volume Campaigns - SAPCONNECT

Hi Folks

Is it possible to send high volume campaigns via SAPCONNECT? because When we use a communication medium of category HV , it’s mandatory to provide a variant. Else the job (TARGET GROUP TO CHANNEL HV) will run into errors. Wondering why would we need a variant if the channel is not file export. Any pointers?

Hi Raj,

It is not possible to send out E-mails through High-Volume campaigns. High-Volume campaign is a file export scenario, which means only files will be created in the folder on the server. You will be able to check the created files in AL11. If it is not changed, the default folder should be DIR_GLOBAL.

Also in customizing, please assign method "10 File export" for your HV channel.
