PR rolls to ext.activity

Hi,

I have done the settings that PR is created for the external activity. But is there any way that if PR is created manually then it shows in the external activity?

I tested and it doesn't work. Am I missing any settings here.

Hi,

As Sanjeev and Gokul rightly ponted out that it will not show up.

However Cost posting perspective, you will see the GR & IR posting would be seen in project structure since PR is account assinged with Network when this PR is Converted to PO.

If you raise a PR through projects i.e. thru CJ20N, you will be able to see the PR in the project structure. If you raise it manually and account assign the external activity you wont be able to see it in the project structure.

Hi Gujju,

If i right assume your query then External activity create service PR and manually you can create the same via ME51n with the account assignment N and item category D. and network with activity number should be same as external activity.

if you create Ext. PR in cj20n then structure show as you desired but if you create PR via ME51n then how it should be seem in cj20n structure.

Check with EBAN table both entry (PS created or ME51n created) seems in concern table.
