Inventory Maximum Level and Minimum Level

Hi ,

I need control inventory i want to maintain Minimum qty and Maximum qty level for Part no wise , If Maximum stock is available in that Part , that part should not allow Procurement and Goods Receipt

kindly advise is there any option
