Hi all

How to add a UDF title Segment with predefined values in User Defined Fields Management Field itself that is not defined in a separate UDF Table?

Hi Kedalene,

  1. In the B1 client go to: Tools > Customization Tools > User-Defined Fields - Management and create a new UDF.
  2. Click the Set Valid Values for Field check box
  3. Press the New button
  4. The value field will be in the database, and the Description field will be shown to the user in the UDF
  5. Press the New button for each entry you wish to make

Regards,

Johan

Hi Johan

Sorry for the confusion, I meant how to add this predefined UDF value already selected in transaction entry to a customised query.
