BPC NW 7.5 SP 15 Package Status Monitor doesn’t show any processes

The Package Status Monitor in BPC Excel Client doesn’t show any processes, after installation of BPC NW Server- and Client Patch 15. The Backend table in BW (UJD_STATUS) has the right entries and transaction UJFS has the right files as well. It works fine with frontendpatch 11 and 14 (except he message about the wrong backend- version). It seems to be a frontendpatch 15 issue. When we start a package via packagelink the packagelink status is available; only the package status does not appear in package status window.

Any idea?
