Unable to see the data at List of total records Option

Hello BCS experts,

We have an issue with data display in BCS,and that is after doing a data load at PL00 level the data should appear in "List of total records" option but there we can't see any data,the system was throwing message like "No data....",and other side PL10 data we could see in "List of journal entries" option and the same data unable to see in "List of total records",and interestingly we could see all the data when we do list cube on that particular BCS cube.

Kindly advice if you any idea on such issue.
