unable to assign the Fleet Objects view profile

Dear PM Guru's,

I configure the Object view profile for the Fleet object and i select the tabs  and screen sequences and saved it. When i am creating the New Equipment category as "Fleet Object" i could not able to assign the "H4" Fleet object view profile, always it's taking the "H2" equipment view profile. How i can over come this problem, please suggest if i did any mistakes in SPRO.

In Equipment Category Definition, you have the option of assigning Equipment Profile. Please check whether you have assigned that or not.

Also follow the menu path.

IMG - PM & CS - Master Data - Technical Object - General Data - Define Types of Technical Objects

IMG - PM & CS - Master Data - Technical Object- Settings for Fleet management - Assign View Profiles and Equipment categories to Fleet object types

Check both the configurations. Create Fleet object from IE31.

hi,

i already tried in Equipment category definition  and as well in fleet management settings, but when i am creating equipment category system populates the "H2" profile and when i am going to change it system not allowed.. Even i am trying in fleet object settings also there also it's not allowed. if possible tomorrow i will share the document.

Hi Jayakrishna,

have you created object type for the fleet. if yes.

go to PM--> Settings for Fleet Management-->Assign View Profile and Equipment Categories to Fleet Object Types

Do new entry-->enter vehicle type--> assign you profile type H4
