Error on MDG launchpad " No entries in Customizing activity ' Define Priniting Parameters'"?

Hello experts,

We are implementing RDS for MDG.

When we are launching MDG NWBC, it giving error on the top as - No entries in Customizing activity ' Define Priniting Parameters' . Screenhshot attached.

In this Customizing activity you can add, update or delete entries to be used to define the printing of PDF forms in Business Context Viewer (CA-EPT-BCV).

You can only use printing forms entered in this Customizing activity. You should mark one of the entries as default.

One table entry stands for one usable printing PDF form and has some additional printing parameters.

Requirements

You must use one of the following predefined printing forms, or a modified copy of these:

• /BCV/QVIEWS_PRINTING_LANDSCAPE,
• /BCV/QVIEWS_PRINTING_PORTRAIT

Standard settings

Activities

You can specify the following parameters:

• Max. Rows (Maximum Number of Rows for Printing Form)

  Maximum number of rows to be printed for one table; this is used to restrict the amount of data printed and avoid paper waste.

• Max Column (Maximum Number of Columns for Printing Form)
• Max. Chars (Maximum Number of Chars in One Row for Printing Form)

  Note that columns also count as characters. This parameter specifies each individual PDF form independently, restricting the width of the table.

• Default (Default Printing Form for BCV)

  One of the printing forms must be marked as default; otherwise, the system uses the first entry as default.

Hi,

PLease check if any entries are maintained in the customization table /BCV/V_PRINT_PAR. However, can you also let me know if you have maintained any entries in the view V_USMD150C for printing CR details in the PDF form.

The entry is: MDG_BS_MAT_PDF_06 with default flag.

Please check with Basis Team. As far as i know Printing parameters are set by Basis team.
