Dynamic Actions - Need to overwite the exisiting date for a date type

Hello Experts,

I need to write a dynamic action to overwrite an existing date for date type 'ZS' with the latest start date in IT0000. At the same time the dynamic action also needs to check that if date type 'ZS' is not present in IT0041, then the same needs to be created.

Is this possible thorugh dynamic actions?
