I have scenario for strategy 10.

In mrp 3 view i have

Strat 10

cons mode 1

Cons Fwd Period 15

Cons Bac Period  15

I had  PIR of LSF type : 12 PC  (07.05.2013)    (DD/MM/YYYY)

          Cust req :   12 pc          (12.05.2013)

After getting stock for 12 pc

I did the GI for cust req. for 12 pc

But system is not doing reduction of PIR.

Hi Nitin,

Please check whether you have created your sales order with the requirement type KSL. Also check in the configuration path SPRO->Production-> Material requirements planning -> master data-> independent requirement parameters -> planning strategy -> define strategy. For strategy 10 whether KSL has the Req. Reduc. indicator selected.

Also make sure that you have created the PIR with the requirement type LSF.

If you want to reduce the demand program when deliver to sales order you have:

The consumption of the demand program (that is of the planned independent requirements) is carried out at goods issue - The indicator PIR reduction in customizing of the requirement class 30 must be set if you want to reduce the demand program when delivering the sales order.
