Cash Discount after Tax

How to enter discount amount in SAP B1 ????

And this discount,

1) Calculated on  Total amount + Tax

2) Should affect the stock value

     In SAP B1, when we input discount - Taxable value will be changed and tax calculated on "Value after discount"

Eg.

Item A    10 Kg     Rs.10   100/-(Taxable Amt)   Rs.5 (VAT@5%)  Total Rs.105

                                                                                  Less Discount Rs.10

                                                                              Document Total  Rs.100

How to handle this???

Hi Janeesh,

There is no effect on stock value if you add discount.

There is two cases of discount, one at row level and another one at document level.

Please explain which level of discount are you talking about.

I mean the discount used in Document level but not affect tax
