Can anybody help in sorting out this problem which we are facing while creating a risk in nwbc using the option "Risk with template"(Assessment-->risk assessments-->risks & opportunities).

It's a generic null pointer exception and it would require debugging. So OSS is a option to be used here.

Have you searched for relevant SAP Notes?

If you can't find any, then create a support message and get SAP to look at it. A short dump in SAP code is a problem for them to solve.
