Formatting the standard text in PO Print preview

Hi Gurus,

I need to display the output terms and conditions in the PO print preview and also in print or email output in below format. And the output terms and conditions are getting picked up from standard text (SO10)

First Requirement:

The output page has to be splitted like the below. Is it possible?

And the other concern which we are facing is the alignment where it is starting from the initial instead of a spacing

Could you please help me on this. Many thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

I think you can make use of smartform styles. In that try to use different paragraph indents and spaces.
