How to migrate portal activity report data

We have installed a new Portal server 7.3 EHP1 SP05 and we are in the process of migrating all the content from our existing Portal server 7.0 EHP1 SP12 to the new server. We currently did not find any way to migrate all the Portal Activity Report data which keeps the records for page/iView hits.

Please let us know whether there is a way to migrate all the content.
