Hi Experts,
I have scenario, where in Absence Type Planned Leave to deduct based on Calendar day not Absence day.
Example: I'm maintaining Planned Leave from 01.02.2013 to 22.02.2013.
Quota used should be 22 days (Calendar Days) but system is showing on 14 days (Absence Days).
I want it should deduct 22 Calendar Day from Planned Absence Quota.
Any body have solution for this. Pls. guide.

Hi Ram,
As Remi suggested, plz check the table T556C.Also check V_T554S, here unit should be K (for Calendar days). In standard SAP does not count weekend as Absence.
If you want Absence Day = Calendar Day, you have to modify the Planned working hours which should be greater than than 0.Check V_T550A and put the value as 1.

Look at your Absence Counting Rules in table T556C.
It is in this table that you set the counting rules according to the days of the week, the Holiday Class, the Type of Day, the PWS Counting Class or the Daily WS Class (plus the Theorical Hours and absences of less than one day).
