Hi Experts,
We have a requirement where CRM service orders needs to be replicated into SRM as shopping cart for determining the source of supply.
Is there a standard integration between CRM and SRM for this functionality and also is there any function where the follow-on document created in SRM can be replicated as status updates in CRM service order.

Hi,
There is no standard interface between CRM & SRM.
Though for service orders if you can route those through ECC as PR, it's possible to create SC in SRM for those.
P.S. If you have service hierarchy, this functionality is only available in SRM 7.2.
