SAP PI : Custom Java Mapping / Custom Adapter Module

When you create a Custom Java Mapping / Custom Adapter Module, do you upload the source code(i.e java files in case of custom java mapping / the sda with source code in case of custom adapter module) in ESR?

B. Sometimes
C. Never
D. None of the above
