Good morning,
Can anyone please tell me if it would be possible to run the ATP check for sales orders within a specific sales org?
This will help to have the order book more accurate to suppliers latest lead times, If the batch run would give us a report of the sales order/items changed then we could inform the customer of any changes, Currently we RE ATP sales orders as and when necessary, very manual and time consuming.
Thanks & Regards.
Bidhu
V_V2 is really the only mass ATP transaction available for sales orders. However, this will not help your particular requirement as you need a "Sales Org" (VKORG field available. Unfortunately, it is not possible to have this field in the selection criteria of V_V2 in the standard system. Instead, you must develop your own version of V_V2. See SAP note 549064 (Q2):
2. Question:
The existing selection criteria and filter criteria are insufficient.
What should I do?
Answer:
Manual backorder processing offers enhanced options in APO. In the R/3
system, however, you can copy the report SDV03V02 and use your own
selection there. We regard this report as a template only. The
requirements of individual customers are too diverse and specific to
include the corresponding functions in the standard system.

Did you check the t.code V_V2? This can help with your requirements.

I don't see any other SAP standard program can help with your requirement. You may need to copy V_V2 and develop a Z-program with additional selection field for sales org. Or you have to develop your own BDC program by simulating manual ATP check. Discuss with an ABAP'er for these alternatives.

Hi Bidhu,
Can you please explain your requirment clearly. Sorry, your question is not really clear.
If you are referring about SD level, yes, this is how it works.
