hi everyone,

can anyone please clarify me what are the standard alerts and standard macros.  use in demand planning.

1. what are the standard macros. where we can define it. how we can use in DP any example.

2. what are the standard alerts. where we can see them. how we can use DP. any example.

Hi Sainath,

We can't standardize the DP similar to SNP with respect to macros and alerts. The DP implementation is pretty much client specific and heavily depends on the business requirements. There is no standard list of macros for DP.

Please refer alert monitor (/n/SAPAPO/AMON1) for list of standard alerts provided for SDP and standard macro books (DP and SNP) provided (9A*) by SAP to understand the functionality.

thanks for your reply , may be my question is  wrong do like this way. is there any predefined macros. or alerts which we can use in DP.
