DocToken invalid

My WebI Publications constantly fail with the error  "An internal error occured while calling 'getDocumentInfos' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)"

In the WebI Processing log I see the following messages

Does anyone know what the invalid token error means? I found some forum topics about that issue, but I didn't find any solution.

Hi Hans,

you should probably open a CSS message so that support can analyze logs and do a proper investigation, forums are intended for less complex issues

Hi,

thanks, but I am using the latest patch level of BO 4.0, where this bug should be fixed.

I think it has something to do with that invalid token error? But I don't find any information how to fix the error.

We are not using an OLAP unviverse, the source is a oracle database. The processDPCommandsEx-error is a very generic error, I didn't find any related topics with that keyword.
