Import development configuration error

Hi Experts,

I am trying to import configuration from SLD in NWDS 7.3. but I am getting error : Configuration list is empty

I have given correct link for SLD in preferences.

I tried doing the same using second option "Import from development configuration file"

ihave down loaded this xml file from sld and tried importing it.

now my question is

1) any configuration in SLD

2) how to remove already imorted configuration which tried using XML file. ( this showning me error every time I open NWDS 7.3 )
