problem in DATA TRANSFER WORKBENCH

Dear Friends i have a problem in DATA TRANSFER WORKBENCH while importing files into sap business one...please could any one let me know how to solve this issue...IF i import any thing i get a warning message like this ....Access provider is not properly installed...help me to solve this issue  "

Hi,

What is your SAP B1 version?

If 32bit Office is installed, please use 32bit DTW to do the import.

     i am using version 9...i amm using 64bit DTW and even my operating system is also 64bit but still i have a problem...anyway thankz for your information

Hi,

You may trying installing the MDAC(Microsoft Data Access Components) latest version,it will fix the ODBC connectivity.

Let us know if it works.
