Hi,
Could someone explain me steps to create a certificate for inspection lot 4* (production, make to stock).
At QA32 when I clic the "Certificate" option, its always asking me for outbound or inbound deliveries, and I not using none of thems.
My intentions is to create certificates and storage them with the material until they are sold. Is that possible ??
Thanks,
Ok. I think is ready. Do someone know if its possible to copy inside the certificate (standard) data from the MIC ?
I will like to introduce "Info Field 1" and "Info field 2".
Thanks,

Hmm.. i don't get a request for a delivery. I get a screen where I can select a recipient. I can also modify the printing parameters.
Typically you don't store certs with the materials. Usually certs are set up to be generated when you ship product. This is because most companies usually place customer info on the cert.. i.e. you need the actual batch number being shipped, some have specific material descriptions that are required for the customer, some have specific customer specifications, some put on the order number or delviery number into the cert, etc. etc..
You could manually generate a cert for the inspection lot like you are trying and save the pdf file to a web service or archive it for later retrieval if you want. But often the certs won't meet many customer requirements, especially in the chemical and pharma industries.
Why wouldn't you issue your certs automatically when you ship the product?
