PI To ABAP PRoxy connection

Hi Experts ,

I have a requirement to set up a FTP--PI--ABAP PROXY connection . This is the first time we are setting up the proxy connection with PI and R3 box .. so currently even the RFC settings has not been done .

Please provide any pointer for setting up the connection between these two systems .

Hi Abhishek,

You can this same as File to File:

1.In ESR (100%) and

2. In ID (Just use XI receiver adapter pointing to ECC that too of type H).

3. Create RFC Destination type H.

Check this once before point No 4,:  http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/50d69314-1be0-2b10-11ab-8045021f0...

4. In ECC, SPROXY T.Code , there you can activate your Inbound interface.

5. In your Inbound interface, in the implimeting calss add your ABAP code to update the data into tables (ABAP Stuff required  here).
