Connect One SAP Portal to Many BW systems

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to connect one central SAP Portal to many BW systems and use for example web queries from them? In that way is it possible for the portal to work simultaneously with these different BW systems for different queries by different users?

Hi Teodor,

Portal can show WAD report and in WAD reports we can put many queries based on menu role so this is possible.

Not sure about how Portal team did a configuration but it is possible to have report from multiple source on same Portal page.

So I can create in the portal many BW systems and execute queries to them? Do you know some SAP note or documentation about that, because I looked for it but nowhere was mentioned if it is possible?

Hi Teodor,

May be you need to move this forum to Portal space. You can check this with Portal people. One forum seems to be close, but not sure .
