User exit (or) BADI for F-48 and F-53 SAVE Event

Hi Dear ABAP Experts,

I have a scenario like i have to send the mail When F-48 and F-53  entries are Saved.

I want to send the mail when i press SAVE Button . Also i want capture the Document number when saving the F-48 and F-53 .  I Dont know How to Achieve this. Please tell me What are all the things i have to do for this. I will be very thankful for your replies.
