Error while trying to initialize database

I receive this error when I try to connect an add-on inside B1. Three add-ons that are installed, Outlook, XLReporter and Advanced Designer are all showing the same symptom. I have also encountered this message, "Connection to company failed: The server threw an exception". Both these errors occur to any company I try and run an add-on.

However, I am only receiving these errors on two machines that have been upgraded from 6.5. We are running 2004. I have another machine that is running 2004 without any problems. I can run any add-on on any company. I have checked and re-checked environments and nothing has worked. I have even uninstalled and re-installed B1, the API and add-ons but same errors persist.

I would love to know how to troubleshoot this more...

Hi William

Try to desinstall DI API and then install it again in the machines with errors.
