We are creating government contracts in R/3. In crm online quotation is created with the predecessor document as government contracts.
In mobile sales quotation is also created with the predeccessor document as government contracts.
Bothe the quotations reach R/3. The quotation created in online shows the precedding document contract in R/3 via document link.
But the quotation created in Mobile sales does not show the preceding document contract in R/3.
Hence I debugged the CRM system and found that the segment ls_doc_flow of bus_trans_msg is getting filled only when an oppurtinity guid exist.
This gives me the basic doubt
1.Can quotations be created out of contracts or not in mobile sales.
2. If quotations can be created out of contracts do I need to do some special customizing in spro or what.
please advice.
