Deletion of StockD in SNP

Hello all:

Does anyone know of a way to delete the values in KF STOCKD?  We have to undergo an exercise whereby we want to clear out STOCKD (Stock on Hand) from the initial bucket forward.  I have turned off the CIF.  I only want to do this in APO and not delete the stocks in R/3 and CIF over zero.   I do not see a choice in /n/sapapo/rlcdel to do this.  I tried writing a macro to zero out this KF, but that didn't work either.

Any ideas are appreciated.

You have mentioned that you have turned off the CIF - you mean you have removed the materials from the stock integration model right ? If that's the case all you have to do is execute the stock reconciliation (CCR) for these materials . The stock values will show up in column not in active IM since they are not in the active IM anymore and you can delte them

Hi Andrea,

Indeed running CCR should solve your purpose, as you already stopped CIF.

You need to select stock option in CCR result, and delete from APO should give you what you are looking for.

Hi,

1. Go to /SAPAPO/RRP3 and enter the version, product and location.

2. Enter gt_io in the place where u enter the tcode and press enter.

3. Copy the internal Order number.

4. Goto SE38

5. Enter /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS.

6. Execute.

7. Enter the Internal Order number you copied from step 3.

8.Enter the planning version and enable all the check boxes.

9. Just execute.

10. Your initial stock will be deleted.
