Monitor sales targets and interchange data with PP

Dear experts,

I have the following case:

Production company (that has SAP ERP and SAP CRM) needs to monitor somehow the sales targets (quantity and value) in 3 hierarchical levels:

· sales employees

· sales managers

· general manager

Is it possible without implementing BI?

If we implement this issue through CRM Sales Planning and Forecasting is it possible to connect with Production Planning?

Can Production Planning cover the above functionality without CRM Sales Planning and Forecasting?
